1 package. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. Orange juice (fresh if available)
1 Tbsp. Sugar
Zest of one orange
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
cup finely chopped dried cranberries (I use Craisins)
cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
Garnish with small mint leaf (optional)

In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, orange juice, sugar, orange peel & cinnamon on medium speed until fluffy.

Stir in cranberries and pecans.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish as desired.

Serve with crackers.

Makes 12 servings.
