2 t. chili powder
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 T. oil
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, drained
1 jar chunky salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chili powder, salt and pepper. Rub over both sides of the chicken. In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat is done. Remove chicken and keep warm. Add the beans, corn and salsa to skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; add chicken, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes. Serve over rice, top with cheese.
