5 lbs prune plums
2 lbs seedless raisins
2 1/2 lbs sugar
2 1/2 C apple sauce
2 pints of vinegar
4 T ginger
5 large garlic cloves
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 small onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cloves ground

Allow plums and raisins to stand in sugar 24 hours. Combine rest of ingredients and bring to a boil and simmer 2 hours. Can in jars
