turkey carcass
4 tsp salt
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 C carrot
1 C celery
1 C onion
1 20 oz tomatoes
4 T pot barely
1/4 C lentils
2 T rice
1/4 C parsley
3 C chopped turkey
1 C macaroni or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot place broken carcass and bones in pot add 18 cups of water and salt and simmer for 5 hours. Strain and discard bones, place in fridge overnite so fat will settle and next day you can skim of easily. The broth will be jelly like heat and add rest of ingredients. Simmer 2-3 hours
