1 chicken cut up and cooked
1 or 2 large bags Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
2 cans cream of mushroom
2 cans cream of chicken
chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook chicken. Debone and tear into pieces. Save chicken broth. In a casserole dish add some reserved chicken broth enough to cover the bottom. Add a layer of stuffing mix; then add a layer of chicken; then add cream of mushroom. Add some more chicken broth -- about as much as the first time. Add a layer of stuffing mix; then add a layer of chicken; then add a layer of the cream of chicken. Add some more chicken and a little broth if desired; then sprinkle top with stuffing mix. Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 mins until it bubbles.
