1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 ¼ c. water
¼ c. butter or margarine
½ c. creamy peanut butter

Filling:
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. packed, brown sugar
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. peanut butter

Frosting:
1 container Dark Chocolate Frosting
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. peanut butter
chopper peanuts (for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 3 9” pans lightly. Beat cake mix, water, peanut butter, and butter until combined, about 30 seconds at low speed. Add eggs one at a time. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased pans. Bake 20-25 minutes until done.

Filling: In a 2 quart saucepan, melt ¼ c. butter or margarine. Mix in ¼ packed brown sugar. Bring to a boil an stir for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and put in refrigerator uncovered for 10 min. Whip 1 c. heavy cream. Beat ½ c. peanut butter into sugar, butter mixture. Add whipped cream to peanut butter mixture and beat until smooth. Fill between layers.

Frosting: Melt unsweetened chocolate in microwave. Beat frosting, chocolate and peanut butter until smooth. Frost sides and top of cake and garnish with chopped peanuts. To use only the frosting and not the filling, beat ½ c. heavy cream. Add to the frosting mixture and beat until smooth.
