1 dozen eggs
1 loaf of bread toasted
1/2 box Zesta Crackers
1 cup cooked chicken or turkey cut up (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
4 c. chicken or turkey broth

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs in water, peel and chop. Toast bread and tear into small pieces. Crush Zesta crackers, add salt and pepper. Add chicken or turkey. Mix all together and add broth. Spread in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350º until golden brown.
