1 (5 to 6-lb.) boneless pork loin roast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 clove garlic, slivered
2 medium onions
2 bay leaves
1/2 c. water
1 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Crockpot directions: Rub pork roast with salt and pepper. Make tiny slits in the meat and insert slivers of garlic. Broil pork loin for 15 minutes in traditional oven until lightly browned. Put one sliced onion in bottom of crockpot stoneware. Add roast, remaining onion, and other ingredients. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours; on slow 5-6 hours.
