4 Cups water
Giblets from turkey
corn starch
Can Pet Milk
1 Stick butter or margarine
1 Cup regular milk (more if needed)
1 Can of oysters (optional)
2 boiled eggs, sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook giblets until done, pull from bone and chop. Put all ingredients in pot, except the boiled eggs, thicken with corn starch (needs to be thick). Add eggs when thickened. Salt and Pepper to taste.

I learned to make this from my mother-in-law. My mission was for mine to be as good as hers. Now I am asked to make gravy for my extended family each year at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thanks Mom Horn. Margaret Horn learned to make this from her Mom.
