4 center cut 1 inch lean pork chops
salt & pepper
1-2 garlic cloves
1 small onion
3-4 drops fresh lemon juice
1-2 cups white wine (water can be used in place of wine)
2-3 tablespoons Grey Poupon Mustard
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
>Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
>Medium heat saute garlic, lemon and pork chops until golden on both sides.
>Take off heat.
>Cover pork chops with mustard, brown sugar.
>Fill pan with wine (or water) up until half the pork chop is in the liquid.
>On low heat 20-25 minutes cover and let liquid dissolve.

Serve with rice.
