2 1/2 c. sugar
1 slightly beaten egg
1 stick of melted oleo (margarine)
3/4 c. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 c. sugar in an iron skillet slowly until brown. Meanwhile melt butter, add sugar and milk bring to a full boil. Add caramel sugar and cook until it forms a soft ball. Beat until cool. (If icing becomes too thick add cream and add part of butter to burned sugar mixture.)
