12 graham crackers
24 saltine crackers
1 stick margarine or butter
2 pks. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
2 pts. (4 cups) butter pecan ice cream (softened)
Container of cool whip
3 Heath Bars (crushed into crumbs)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers into crumbs; mix with butter and spread into 9" x 12" x 2" inch dish
Mix pudding mix and milk; beat 3 minutes; add ice cream slowly into mixture. Pour this mixture over cracker crumbs; spread top with cool whip; cover
with crushed heath bar. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving
