3 egg whites room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 teaspoon vinegar
Pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until they begin to get stiff, add sugar gradually, beating after each addition, add flavoring and vinegar, beat until stiff. Using two teaspoons drop spoonful of stiffen egg whites on foiled lined pan about 1-1/2 inches apart. Press pecan half on each spoonful of egg whites. Bake 250 degrees for about (1) hour.
