2 20 oz.cans pineapple chunks (DRAINED)
1 cup sugar
4 tsp flour
2 cups grated cheddar cheese (SHARP)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole, rubbed with butter. Melt 1/2 cup butter or 1 stick margarine. Drizzle over casserole and bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 25 minutes.

I have made this recipe with both crushed and sliced pineapple, but break it into smaller pieces. People sometimes prefer pineapple tidbits. It all tastes delicious.
