2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 stick softened butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1-2 cups blueberries and/or raspberries, rinsed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter to make a crumb mixture (set 1 cup of this mixture aside for topping). Add baking powder to remaining ingredients. Lightly beat eggs, milk, and vanilla together. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients; mix by hand just until combined. Pour mixture into a butter greased 8"x12" pan. Add berries, then sprinkle the top with crumb mixture. Bake for approx 45-50 minutes (baking time varies).
