2 pounds of ground beef
1- 15oz can cream style corn
1- 15oz can crushed tomatoes
1 medium onion – diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble hamburger in a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
Salt and Pepper the meat. Layer the onions on top of the meat. Layer with creamed corn. Layer with crushed tomatoes. Pour some ketchup on the top. Bake at 450 degrees until brown (about 30 minutes).
I usually serve this with mashed potatoes and green beans. Can be served over rice, too.
