Crust:
2 cups flour
1 1.2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup shortening
1/3 cup water
Filling:
2 tablespoons margarine
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion diced finely
1 tablespoon curry
1 tablespoon dried thyme
pepper
1 cup broth
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 egg beaten

For crust:
Preheat oven to 400º. Use a large bowl and combine flour, curry, salt, margarine and shortening. Mix all and add water and mix again into a ball. Roll into oblong or log shape. Cut around parts. On a floured surface roll out in a circular shape. Put them aside.
Filling:
On medium heat margerine in skillet with onion until soft. Stir in the beef, curry, salt and pepper. Add broth, breadcrumbs and thyme. Allow simmering. Use a spoon to put the filling onto the crust. Fold the crust and crimp the edge with a fork. Brush on egg.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
For vegetarian patty, you can use ready burger or boca ground burger.
