3-4 quarts apples
2 cups sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon ground clove

Directions:
Peel, core and slice apples. Place all ingredients in crock-pot. Cook on low for 24 hours or less if apples have turned into apple butter. Put in sterile jars and seal. Use canning jars, lids and rings. Water bathe 10 mins. for pints; 20 mins. for quarts
