½ cup butter or margarine
3 eggs
½ C. milk – can use some orange & lemon juice in place of milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
3 ½ cup plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
3 mashed ripe bananas

Grease and flour (2) loaf pans. Mix all ingredients and pour into pans. Bake 350-degrees for 50 minutes (check in 40 minutes)
