4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
4 c. crumbled corn bread
1 tsp. sage
½ c. chopped onions
3 c. hot chicken or turkey broth
½ c. chopped celery
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
½ c. melted butter;

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, corn bread crumbs, onion, celery and seasonings in a large bowl; mix well. Blend in broth, butter and milk. Mixture should be very soft to allow for loss of moisture during baking. Add more broth if necessary.
Bake at 350 degrees approx. 1 hour, or until well browned.
