2 firm pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
8 green onions, finely chopped
2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
6 Tbsp. olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons (approx. 6 Tbsp)
2 Tbsp. raw honey or maple syrup
2 lbs. baby spinach leaves
2 cups chopped parsley & cilantro leaves
2/3 cup chopped pecans

Marinate pears and green onions with sea salt, olive oil, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup for 5 - 10 minutes.
Add baby spinach, herbs and pecans, tossing gently.
Serve immediately
