5 Lbs. white potatoes (not russets)
4-5 nice stalks of Celery
1 small jar of Mt. Olive Sweet Salad Cubes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1½ Cups Dukes Mayonnaise
¾ Cup Sauer’s Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Wash hands and potatoes and put potatoes into a pot to boil. Cook potatoes until you can stick a fork in them easily, run cold water over them to cool. Wash hands and peel off skins and cut off brown spots on potatoes. Cut into cubes. Wash and dice celery in to small cubes and add to potatoes. Add in salt and pepper, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard and mix well.
