Fresh Okra or Squash, or frozen precoated
1 egg
Cornmeal, salt, pepper and paprika
Butter spray.

Directions:
Using fresh okra or squash, cut okra like you’re going to fry it. If you use squash, cut long ways. Beat egg and coat okra or squash with the egg. Mix cornmeal, salt, pepper and paprika together. Roll okra or squash in the mixture. Using a cookie sheet, coat it with butter spray. Lay okra or squash on pan and spray the okra or squash with the butter spray. Bake 450 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
