2 lbs. chopped meat
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c tomato juice
1/2 tsp. basil
1 small onion (chopped)
1/2 c bread crumbs
2 eggs well beaten

4-5 pieces of Deli ham
4-5 pieces of swiss cheese

Mix all ingredients together except ham and swiss cheese. After it is mixed well roll meat out on aluminum foil forming a rectangle 14"x10" and 1/4 " thick. Place a single layer of ham on meat and then a layer of swiss cheese on ham. Fold meat over ham and cheese and press ends closed. Place seam side down in shallow roasting pan.
Bake 350 for 1 hour
