2 lbs frozen broccoli, cooked
2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:
1 stick of butter
1 tube of Ritz crackers, coarsely crushed

Melt the butter and mix with crushed crackers. Sprinkle over the top and bake for another 10 minutes or until brown and crunchy.
