1 stick butter
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 cup minced celery
1 - 1 1/2 lb chopped shrimp, crab or crawfish
2 tsp red pepper
3 tbsp Tony's seasoning
2 tbsp crab boil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large can Campbell's Select Potato & Garlic Soup
1 can yellow corn, drained
1 can diced potatoes, drained
1 can white corn, drained
2 tsp hot sauce
4 tbsp fresh parsley
2 (8 oz) cream cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
1 quart Half & Half or Evaporated milk (add more or less depending on how thick you like it!)

Saute butter, green onion, onion, garlic, bell pepper and celery. Add remaining ingredients in order, starting with shrimp and ending with Half & Half.
