Ingredients:  
1 pound mild or hot Italian sausage
1 small onion, chopped or 1 tbls minced dried onion
1 tbls worchesire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
1 8oz package cream cheese, cubed
1 cups (8 ounces) sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Optional additions: green chilies, tomatoes, peppers, spinach, cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook the sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain grease.

Thoroughly mix in all other ingredients until melted and combined.

Bake at 350º for 20-25 min.
If desired, transfer to a fondue pot to keep warm.
Or cook on high in the crockpot for 1 hour then reduce to warm setting.
