1 c. self rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz. pack cream cheese
1 large carton of Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 small packs instant chocolate pudding

1st. layer: Mix flour, nuts and margarine until crumbly. Press into a 9" x 12" pan. Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes. Let cool completely.
2nd. Layer: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 of cool whip until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
3rd. Layer: Mix pudding with milk and let set for 4 minutes. Spread over 2nd. layer.
4th. Layer - Spread remaining Cool Whip over the 3rd. layer and sprinkle with nuts.
