2 quart water
2 cups sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
10 whole cloves
11 whole allspice
1/2 gallon apple cider or apple juice
1/2 cup real or frozen lemon juice
1 small can frozen orange juice
3 cans water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Turn to low heat and add cinnamon, cloves and allspice. Simmer water, sugar and spices for 1 hour. (Take out spices if desired). Add apple cider or juice, lemon juice, orange juice and 3 cans of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve warm.

Makes about 5 quarts.
