2 medium size cans pork and beans, drained
2 medium size bell peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 jar pimento, just for color
2 tbsp mustard
1 cup barbeque sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
few drops of liquid smoke
sausage (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and bell pepper in a small amount of bacon grease. Add drained beans and other ingredients to this. Bake in a 350º oven for 1 hour.
