2 c. elbow macaroni
2 cans evaporated milk
1 can whole milk
2 eggs
1 large block sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Cook macaroni (in 2 T. salted water) until tender. While noodles are cooking, grate cheese, beat eggs; mix milk (all) with eggs, add 1/2 tsp. pepper.
Grease 9" x 13" pan. Drain noodles; Pour half of macaroni into dish, cover with half of cheese. Add rest of macaroni and cover with cheese. Slowly pour milk/egg mixtures over noodles and cheese. Bake 375º until brown, approximately 20 minutes.
