1 medium cabbage, cut in bite size.
1 - 28 oz. can whole tomatoes
3 T. dried basil or fresh basil, finely chopped
8 oz. extra sharp grated cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Steam cabbage for about 20 minutes; drain. Mash tomatoes with basil, salt and pepper. Add to cabbage; cook on medium heat until bubbly. Put cheese on top, turn heat off, cover pan and let set for 5 minutes.
