2 lbs. ground chuck
2-3 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
4 stalks celery chopped fine
3 cans kidney beans
3 (28 oz) cans of whole tomatoes
4 small cans of beef boulion
4 beef boullion cubes
1 head cabbage chopped
1 Tbsp each celery seed, thyme, majoram, and parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef-add everything else, bring to a boil.Reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour.
Best if made the day before.
