Roasted Poblano pepper
Vodka
butter
1 cup Cream
Crushed Tomatoes
Chopped tomatoe
Tarragon
Basil double amount
oregano
pancetta
onion
romano cheese
dry vermouth/white wine ˝ cup each
Directions:
Directions:
saute pancetta, add shallot, garlic, onion in butter and olive oil sauté 10-15 minutes

add wine and herbs and cook for 10 minutes

add tomatoes salt & pepper, & romano simmer 30 minutes

add cream and simmer for 15 minutes

10 minutes before serving, add 1 cup of vodka
