Ingredients:  
3 cups chocolate chips
1 cup nuts (see note)
1 tbsp flavouring (see note)
Pinch salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Remove from heat quickly and add all ingredients. Put in greased 9 x 14 pan and freeze. Take out after 1 hour and cut with a hot sharp knife. Refreeze.
Eat within 20 minutes.

Variations:
Regular fudge: use chocolate chips, walnuts and vanilla
Mint fudge: use mint chips, walnuts and vanilla.

Almond fudge: chocolate chips, almonds and almond extract.

Carmel fudge: use carmel chips, pecans, butterscotch and 1/2 cup toffee bits.
