1 lb shelled whole brazil nuts
1 lb pitted whole dates
1 c whole Maraschino cherries-drained
3/4 c all purpose flour
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine nuts, dates and cherries in large bowl. Mix together dry ingredients and sift over fruit and mix until fruit is well-coated. Beat eggs and vanilla until foamy. Combine all ingredients and mix well pour into greased, waxed paper-lined loaf pan or round pan. Bake in a 300º oven for 1 hour and 45 min. This may be frozen.
