2-3 lbs ground beef (raw)
2-3 cups cooked white rice
1 egg
seasoning salt, garlic & pepper
4 cans tomato sauce
tabasco sauce
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into balls, (baseball size). Place meatballs into large deep skillet. Pour tomato sauce and 1 can of water over meatballs and add Tabasco, however much you prefer. Simmer on stove for 30-40 minutes. Gently stir sauce to mix in Tabasco.
