1 package Morningstar Farms Recipe crumblers
1 small cabbage shredded finely
2 carrots shredded
1 package large square egg roll wrappers
Note: You can use a package of coleslaw mix that already has shredded cabbage and carrots to save time.

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee' recipe crumblers, cabbage and carrots in a large skillet with oil until cooked. (Any oil can be used but Sesame oil gives the best flavor) Let mixture cool.
Use 2 tablespoons of this filling for each egg roll. Follow the folding directions on the egg roll wrapper package. Deep fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown. (2-3 minutes)
Drain on paper towels.

Serve warm.
