6 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
1 Grillers crumbled
˝ cup chopped green bell pepper
˝ cup chopped red onion
1/8 cup olive oil
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. parsley
1 t. sea salt
1 t. crushed red pepper
˝ t. paprika

Instructions: Boil rice and set aside. Crumble and fry grillers in olive oil in a medium skillet, on med-high heat until brown and firm. Add vegetables and seasonings at the last five minutes and sauté with veggie sausage. Mix with cooked rice in a baking dish. Warm in the over for 10 minutes on 300
