2 T. butter
1 pkg. Ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
1/3 c. almonds, slivered
2 T. sesame seeds
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. olive oil
2 heads Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 bunch broccolini or broccoli

Melt butter. Brown noodles, sesame seeds, almonds in butter. Begin with noodles, as sesame seeds and almonds burn easily. Drain on paper towels, then set aside to cool.

To Make Dressing: Combine the vinegar, sugar, garlic, mustard, salt, oil.

To Serve: Toss the Romaine lettuce, broccolini and Ramen noodles with dressing.
