3 c. buiscuit/pancake baking mix
1 16-oz. pkg. hot pork breakfast sausage
16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Allow sausage to obtain room temperature. Mix with baking mix and cheese. Form small balls by rolling mixture in your hands (one large soup spoon full equals amount for one ball). Place on cookie sheets and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Recipe makes enough for two pizza-sized cookie sheets.
