2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 T. cocoa
1 c. milk
5 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, cocoa, salt & baking powder in bowl and set aside.
In large mixer bowl, cream margarine & shortening, add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each one. Add flour mixture alternately with milk & vanilla, scraping bowl occasionally until smooth. Pour batter into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake @ 350º for 1 hour & 15 minutes or until done. Cool slightly in pan then remove.
