phyllo dough
pastry brush
cored & sliced macintosh or granny smith apples
raisins
cinnamon
nutmeg
baking dish

core & slice apples
cook apple slices, raisins, cinnamon & nutmeg
then strain & reserve juices
wrap solids in phyllo dough (at least 3-5 layers)
cover with more phyllo dough (at least 3-5 layers)
while brushing gee on the layers of dough
bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden
