20 lbs ground beef
1 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 1/2 lb grated cheese
3 1/2 lb bread crumbs
20 eggs
2/3 c salt
touch black pepper
3 tabls. garlic powder

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Roll with a wet palm into balls. Bake for 25 mins., then add into very large pot of sauce as the sauce is cooking.

Note from Lorraine: This is a very old but fondly remembered. My love of cooking came from uncle Don's catering jobs that he let me help him with. I always looked forward to his meatballs and rigatoni ...and so did the crowds.
