One 8 oz package of block cheese

Roll biscuit flat using rolling pin or small plastic cup
Slice hot dogs lengthwise almost in half
Slice cheese in pieces to fit into hot dogs

Wrap biscuit around hot dog and cheese, roll biscuit so the loose end winds up on the bottom opposite the cheese. Place hot dog cheese side up on ungreased baking pan and cook as directed on biscuit can. Use your favorite cheese, for a spicy variation use pepper jack. Serve with mustard, ketchup, and potato chips.
