Ingredients:  
1 lb. box of Orzo ( in pasta section)
1 can Corn (drained)
1 can Black Beans (drain and rinse)
1 bunch of scallions chopped
1 - 8 oz. container of Feta Cheese
1 lb. frozen peas (small early peas)
1 red pepper grilled and chopped
olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste
2 to 3 tbsp. of each at most

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Orzo Pasta as directed on box. Put frozen peas in colander and pour hot pasta over peas and rinse. Combine all the ingredients in large bowl and add olive oil and red wine vinegar and refrigerate.
Best if done a day ahead.
