1/4 c olive oil
1 large can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. basil
2 cloves garlic (sliced thin)
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet saute garlic in olive oil--cook until golden. Let oil cool off and then add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, basil and one can of water (use tomato paste can.) Cook uncovered over medium heat--stirring often. Cook about 30 minutes.
