1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and
finely chopped
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and
drained
3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup Light Mayo
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º F. Mix all ingredients; spoon into
9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.

Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with Triscuit Crackers and assorted fresh vegetables
