1 pkg (32 oz) hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp butter
2 cup green onions, diced
2 cup grated Velveeta cheese
1 pint (2 cups) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Mix in hash browns, soup, onions, 3/4 of the cheese, sour cream and salt/pepper to taste. Bake at 350º until bubbly. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top and bake again until melted.
