1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 12 oz. bag of spinach
2 tbs. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbs. water
1 tbs. mirin

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the seeds or buy them browned store bought. Combine the spinach and water in sauce pan on high heat for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Add the soy sauce, mirin, and seeds.
